The clean solution

Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f)

On your marks, get set, go!

A modern manufacturing company follows similar contours to that of a river, with goods, data and spare parts all smoothly flowing together, gradually becoming faster and more deeply intertwined. As our warehouse logistics specialist, your job is to ensure that everything meshes together perfectly. That means correctly routing incoming goods and products and forwarding them to the production line precisely on schedule. It also involves shipping products to our customers worldwide, making sure they are picked in a timely and accurate manner and packed in robust and eco-friendly packaging. With the task of ensuring that everything is clearly identifiable at all stages of the process, this is a fascinating and varied working environment for people who love providing outstanding service. And MEIKO takes it to the next level with its modern workplaces, friendly teams and plenty of joint activities.

What we're looking for:

All-round interest in technology, a good head for figures and systems, and enthusiasm for keeping one eye on the big picture and providing great service. You should have good communication skills, enjoy using IT systems and be a good and enthusiastic team player.
You will have completed your general certificate of secondary education.

How your apprenticeship is organised (3 years):

  • Combination of on-the-job practical experience and vocational college in Kehl.
  • You will learn about all the key logistics departments, including incoming and outgoing goods, purchasing, production logistics, operations scheduling and dispatch.
  • Professional goods and information logistics: from organization to control and monitoring of the material flow, right through to waste disposal and recycling.
